On June 18, Ericsson named David Hammarwall as its new head of the Network Business Area and senior vice president effective October 1, 2026 [3]. Hammarwall will be based in Stockholm, Sweden [3].
The leadership changes were first announced on June 16, with the company also confirming Ekholm's advisory role would last until mid-2027 [1].
