Malaysia is pushing to strengthen cooperation on housing development with Singapore through talent mobility and knowledge-sharing efforts, officials said [1, 2]. We hope to have experts share their experience with us so that we can continuously improve our own housing initiatives," he said [1, 2].

The two countries have worked under the 2025 MoU to exchange expertise and build joint projects. Malaysia's support for Singapore's upcoming ASEAN Chairmanship in 2027 was also reaffirmed [1, 2].
