However, gross profit declined 27.7% to around RM114.6 million, with margins narrowing from 51.9% to 37.1%, mainly due to cost reclassification and changes in product mix [1, 2]. Fourth-quarter net profit dropped 9.3% year-on-year to RM38.7 million while quarterly revenue slightly increased by 1.2% to RM308.9 million [1, 2].

Property development accounted for more than 90% of quarterly revenue, led by ongoing contributions from Sendayan Developments, the group's largest income driver [1, 2]. New projects MVV City and Levia Residence contributed maiden quarterly revenues of RM46.7 million and RM37.1 million respectively [1].

Matrix Concepts achieved its highest-ever new property sales of around RM1.51 billion in FY2026, up 9.2% year-on-year [3]. Unbilled sales stood at an estimated RM1.5 billion as of March 31, providing earnings visibility for the next 15 to 18 months [2, 3]. The group is expanding in Klang Valley with upcoming high-rise projects in Bandar Putra Permai (Levia Residence) and Puchong [2, 3].

The gross development value of MVV City is estimated at up to RM15 billion, expected to be unlocked over the next 12 years to support long-term growth [3]. Chairman Datuk Hasrul Shahrim said FY2026 was "an important milestone with new profit sources emerging alongside flagship projects like Sendayan Township and MVV City" [3]. He added MVV City is projected to drive long-term profit growth and strengthen the group's presence in industrial and logistics sectors [3].

On June 1, Matrix Concepts appointed Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan, aged 35 and son of executive deputy chairman Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock, as group managing director [1, 2]. The group declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.25 sen per share, payable on July 9, bringing the full-year dividend to 6.1 sen per share [1, 2, 3].
