The packaging division saw revenue climb to around RM630 million from RM614.8 million last year, boosted by higher sales volume [1, 3, 2]. Operating profit for packaging more than doubled to RM73.2 million from RM34.5 million, driven by improved margins and product mix optimization [1, 3, 2].

Meanwhile, the property division faced a slight revenue decline to about RM487.8 million from RM495.8 million, mainly due to timing factors related to new project launches [1, 3, 2]. Despite this, the division remains well positioned in the affordable housing market supported by steady demand, ongoing project execution, and a growing pipeline of townships [1, 3].
