RNG Tech plans to add 1,120 new massage chairs over the next three years, focusing on airports, transport hubs, and large malls, starting with 360 units in the first year and 380 units each in the following two years [4].

RNG Tech posted a net profit of RM6.04 million for fiscal year 2025 despite pressures from overseas expansion losses, depreciation from rapid network growth, and one-off IPO costs. Managing Director Datin Sophia Tan Sok Fei said, "We are expecting a year-on-year growth of 13% to 15% for both our top line and also the bottom line at least for the next two years [7]."

SRKK AI Bhd plans an IPO priced at 32 sen per share to raise approximately RM20.48 million. The listing is scheduled for July 9, 2026 [8, 9, 10]. SRKK AI specializes in IT consulting, managed services in Malaysia and Singapore, and AI solutions development. It is also a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partner [8]. CEO Yew Lip Sin said, "We are strengthening our AI-first strategy. We are developing in-house AI-enabled IT to address real business challenges for the wider enterprise audience [8]." SRKK AI generated RM112.2 million in revenue and RM7.9 million in net profit for FY2025, with recurring cloud services subscriptions and rentals accounting for over half of its revenue [8, 9, 10].

Proceeds from SRKK AI’s IPO will fund AI initiatives such as product labs, an AI academy, data analytics, business intelligence development, expansion into Indonesia, internal security operations center development, and branding and marketing activities [8]. In related remarks, CEO 杨立新 noted that Microsoft has invested US$220 million in Malaysia's AI sector, seen as a key driver for local cloud and AI transformation [10].

The IPO application deadlines were June 24 for RNG Tech and June 25 for SRKK AI. Both firms are set for ACE Market listings in early July, with RNG Tech on July 7 and SRKK AI on July 9[ s1,s7].
