He wished the Sultan continued blessings, good health, and a distinguished reign for the prosperity of Pahang Darul Makmur. Zahid said, "My heartfelt greetings and highest congratulations to the Sultan of Pahang... May His Royal Highness always be under Allah's abundant blessings and protection... Daulat Tuanku!" [4, 5].

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim also expressed prayers for the good health of Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, who is scheduled to undergo follow-up medical treatment for a musculoskeletal condition affecting his back and hip. Anwar said, "May His Majesty be blessed with continued good health and remain under the protection and mercy of Allah," conveying support ahead of the King's treatment [6, 7].

Istana Negara confirmed Sultan Ibrahim would rest and undergo the treatment as advised by medical specialists to aid his recovery [6, 7].

The birthday wishes and health prayers from top Malaysian leaders coincide with the public announcement of Sultan Ibrahim’s upcoming medical care. The Sultan of Pahang’s celebrations and messages of goodwill were widely shared by government officials on July 31. The coordination of these announcements indicates attention to the wellbeing of the nation’s monarchy.

Sultan Ibrahim’s medical treatment and recuperation will be closely followed as scheduled by Istana Negara.
