JustCo announced plans to convert the former Taste Orchard mall at OG Orchard Point into a mixed-use development called JustCo Place, comprising co-working, co-living, and retail areas [1, 2, 3].

The development will feature roughly 150,000 sq ft of co-working space spread over five levels. Deloitte Singapore has fully leased the entire third and fourth floors as a temporary base until 2027 when it moves to a new campus at Orchard Central [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

The co-living component will cover about 100,000 sq ft containing 123 units, designed to accommodate residents near their workplace [1, 2, 3]. JustCo stated the retail space includes 40 units, with half dedicated to food and beverage outlets and the rest to lifestyle and wellness tenants [1, 2].

The 160 Orchard Road site served as the OG Orchard Point department store until 2022 and housed Taste Orchard mall under Hao Mart’s lease until late 2025, when the lease was terminated, leaving the space vacant as of January 2026 [1, 2, 3].

JustCo is investing millions in the fit-out and aims for a long-term lease partnership with OG Orchard Point management [1, 2, 3]. Kong Wan Sing, JustCo CEO, said, "It has always been our vision to do something combining ‘live, work, connect’. This project is our proof of concept…that we can make it work" [3].

The co-working areas can host up to 1,300 people. While some source discrepancies exist on exact floor space figures, the plan clearly balances flexible office, living, and retail functions within the same facility [1, 2, 3].

JustCo Place is expected to open in September 2026, with Deloitte moving out by the end of this year upon the expiry of its lease at OUE Downtown [4, 5]. Deloitte will take occupancy at its new permanent campus in 2027 [4, 5].
