The new Singapore Cruise Centre HarbourFront terminal at 5 HarbourFront Avenue will open in July 2026, situated just 70 meters from the current terminal within HarbourFront Centre [1, 2, 3]. Batam Fast Ferry will begin operations from the new terminal on July 7, 2026 [1, 2, 3]. Other operators including Horizon Fast Ferry, Majestic Fast Ferry, Sindo Ferry, Indo Falcon Shipping & Travel, along with cruise operations, will move to the terminal starting July 15, 2026 [2, 3].

There will be no changes to ferry routes, destinations, or scheduling following the terminal relocation. Key destinations such as Batam Centre, Harbour Bay, Sekupang, Tanjung Balai Karimun, Gold Coast, and Nirup Island will remain served as before [1, 2, 3]. Ferry and cruise berth locations will also stay the same after the move [1, 2, 3].

Passengers are encouraged to use public transport due to limited parking facilities at the new site. The terminal can be accessed conveniently via Exit B at HarbourFront MRT station through a sheltered walkway [1, 2, 3].

The new terminal offers upgraded infrastructure and technology-enabled services aimed at improving the passenger experience. Jacqueline Tan, CEO of Singapore Cruise Centre, said, "The new terminal is an opportunity to upgrade the passenger experience and is a reflection of our commitment towards delivering a seamless and efficient travel experience" [1]. Additional amenities are expected to be announced at the official opening later in 2026 [1, 2, 3].

HarbourFront Centre, the current terminal, was originally opened as the World Trade Centre in 1978 before being renamed after renovations in 2003 [1, 2, 3]. It is scheduled to close in the second half of 2026 for redevelopment by Mapletree Investments. The new development will be a 33-storey mixed-use building and will not house ferry or cruise terminals [1, 2, 3].
