Sam Kerr signed a contract with Gotham FC through the 2030 season, marking her return to the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) after six to seven years playing overseas [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]. Kerr previously played for the club from 2015 to 2017, when it was known as Sky Blue FC [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].
The 32-year-old spent the last six and a half years with Chelsea FC from early 2020 until mid-2026.
