The latest Crimson Desert update adds a Rematch feature that lets players fight previously defeated bosses again, along with new Re-blockade activity for strongholds and new legendary animals. [1]
The Rematch option has 2 modes. Reminiscence lets players fight bosses exactly as they first appeared, while Resonate scales boss stats to match player progression. [1] The patch also adds a Re-blockade feature for strongholds that meet specific time and condition requirements after loading-screen events such as saving, loading or sleeping. [1]
Players can choose from 3 Re-blockade frequency settings: Stable, Conflict and War. [1] In the patch notes, the game says that "during the Re-blockade, 13 different factions will carry out re-blockades across 23 forts and quarries." [1]
The update also adds new legendary animals that can be kept as pets, including the Iron Eagle and Hyacinth Macaw. [1] It also introduces the Mountain God Boar as an encounter. [1]
