The set features a cutaway underground lab filled with Easter eggs, a forest scene with a UFO supported on a clear brick, and a detailed recreation of Mulder's office, including pencils embedded in the ceiling as a nod to fans [1, 2, 3]. A standout element is The Flukeman minifigure, representing the monster-of-the-week from season two of the original show [2, 3].
LEGO released a live-action promotional video on July 21 starring Gillian Anderson as Dana Scully interacting with the set. In the video, Anderson snaps on latex gloves and picks up a David Duchovny minifigure, joking, "I don't remember you being so small" [1, 2, 3].
A smaller "Gift With Purchase" set featuring the Scully's Lab minifigure will be available while stocks last with the main set purchase [1, 3].
