Sony and Rockstar announced two limited edition Grand Theft Auto 6 DualSense controllers for the PlayStation 5, showcasing black and white color schemes with palm tree etchings and a VI logo on the touchpad. The designs pay homage to Vice City with purple and neon highlights inspired by the Miami-themed setting [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

The white controller, called "Vice White," evokes tropical sunlight themes, while the black "Vice Black" features motifs of neon lights and night scenes, reflecting Vice City’s ambiance [5]. PlayStation said these controllers "capture the style and luxury of Vice City" [1].

Both controllers fully support PS5 features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers [1, 3, 5]. They will be sold at about $85 each and launch alongside GTA 6 on November 19, 2026 [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

Preorders open at 10 a.m. local time on September 10 through PlayStation Direct and other retailers [2, 3, 4]. There is no official confirmation yet of a GTA 6-themed PS5 console bundle [1, 3].

GTA 6 itself is expected to offer around 80 hours of gameplay and reintroduce the L3 sprint mechanic [1].

The controllers were revealed on September 2 during the State of Play livestream [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

The next key date is November 19, when GTA 6 and the limited edition controllers will be released worldwide [1, 3, 4, 5].
