Wrong Organ, known for the 2024 horror game Mouthwashing, revealed their next title Carcass Clad at the PC Gaming Show on August 29, 2026. The game is now available to wishlist on Steam worldwide [1, 2].

Carcass Clad is a cooperative tank simulation where three players take on the roles of Commander, Driver, and Gunner, each managing different controls labeled in Finnish. The game is set in a dark, ruined city and features a tank clad in moving corpses. Players face scarce fuel and ammunition, creating a tense horror atmosphere [1, 2].

The game draws loose inspiration from the 1939 Winter War between Finland and the Soviet Union [2]. Unlike Mouthwashing, which focused on narrative, Carcass Clad is more gameplay driven with little direct story. Jeffrey Tomec, gameplay lead at Wrong Organ, said the project started as a singleplayer concept about controlling three crew members simultaneously but shifted early to multiplayer co-op to expand the studio's range beyond narrative titles. Tomec compared Mouthwashing to SOMA and called Carcass Clad "our Amnesia: The Bunker" [2].

Mouthwashing, Wrong Organ’s debut, sold well and won multiple awards following its 2024 release [1, 2]. No release date has been announced yet for Carcass Clad.

Carcass Clad will continue to be available for wishlisting on Steam as development progresses [1].
