Russia claimed the strikes targeted military logistic hubs and supply centers [2]. Ukraine alleges extensive cooperation between Russia and North Korea, including deployment of a North Korean missile unit in western Russia with up to 120 ballistic missiles planned for use against Ukraine [8, 9]. Ukrainian military intelligence official Andrii Cherniak said Russia planned to base a missile unit of around 90 North Korean personnel equipped with 120 ballistic missiles and six launchers [8].
